GUIDE · EXPIRY

Expiry and holiday verification is an operating requirement.

Automatic calendar assumptions cannot know every exchange circular or holiday change.

Before the session

Verify the current expiry and maintained session anchor from the dated RamPath operations notice.

If CHECK appears

Stop interpreting new states. Recheck ticker, timeframe, expiry, anchor and TradingView symbol/data availability.

On expiry day

Premiums, spreads, liquidity and execution risk can change rapidly. RamPath does not reduce these risks.

ANSWERS BEFORE YOU ASK

Questions customers usually ask on this page.

Read the direct answer now. If your situation is different, Support will explain the software boundary and documented use.

01What happens when the scheduled expiry is an exchange holiday?+
CLEAR ANSWER

The maintained holiday process shifts the operational expiry to the previous eligible trading day where applicable, subject to official exchange circulars and dated overrides.

02Why is expiry day treated cautiously?+
CLEAR ANSWER

Premium decay, spreads, liquidity and leverage can change rapidly. An indicator cannot remove execution or gap risk.

03Should I manually guess an expiry when CHECK appears?+
CLEAR ANSWER

No. Verify the official notice and supported configuration or contact Support.

04Is RamPath a buy/sell signal service?+
PRODUCT BOUNDARY

No. It is general analytical software. WATCH, ARMED, READY, CHECK and WEAKENING describe chart context; they do not choose a trade, contract, entry, quantity, target or stop.

05Does it guarantee a market outcome?+
RISK

No. Data, platform behavior, execution, leverage and user decisions can all materially affect outcomes.

06Do you need my TradingView password, OTP or broker login?+
SECURITY

Never. Access requires only the exact TradingView username. Support will never ask for passwords, OTPs, trading PINs or remote control of a broker account.

07Where do I go when something is unclear?+
SUPPORT

Start with the manual and FAQ, then open Support with the exact ticker, timeframe, version, date/time and Data status. Product support explains software behavior only.
