GUIDE · STATES

Read every visible state consistently.

Color never changes the basic rule: observations are analytical context, not instructions.

CALL WATCH / PUT WATCH

Confirmed-bar bullish/bearish analytical observation. Not “buy now.”

READY / CHECK

Minimum related-data check passed, or configuration/data needs attention.

SETUP / ACTIVE

Internal observation maturity. ACTIVE does not mean hold a real position.

CLEAR / WATCH / WAIT / CAUTION / WEAKENING

Guard lifecycle. WEAKENING is an analytical deterioration state, not personalized advice or an exit command.

Vol OK / CAUTION / EXTREME / N/A

Volatility overlay status. N/A means unavailable data.

ANSWERS BEFORE YOU ASK

Questions customers usually ask on this page.

Read the direct answer now. If your situation is different, Support will explain the software boundary and documented use.

01Is RamPath a buy/sell signal service?+
PRODUCT BOUNDARY

No. It is general analytical software. WATCH, ARMED, READY, CHECK and WEAKENING describe chart context; they do not choose a trade, contract, entry, quantity, target or stop.

02Does it guarantee a market outcome?+
RISK

No. Data, platform behavior, execution, leverage and user decisions can all materially affect outcomes.

03Do you need my TradingView password, OTP or broker login?+
SECURITY

Never. Access requires only the exact TradingView username. Support will never ask for passwords, OTPs, trading PINs or remote control of a broker account.

04Where do I go when something is unclear?+
SUPPORT

Start with the manual and FAQ, then open Support with the exact ticker, timeframe, version, date/time and Data status. Product support explains software behavior only.
