CLEAR ANSWER
Final legal-entity, GST, grievance and statutory wording requires Indian lawyer and CA review before payments activate.
02Does a disclaimer remove consumer rights?+
CLEAR ANSWER
No. Contract wording cannot remove rights that applicable Indian law makes mandatory.
03What data is intentionally not collected?+
CLEAR ANSWER
Broker passwords, TradingView passwords, OTPs, trading PINs, positions and P&L are outside the access workflow.
04Is RamPath a buy/sell signal service?+
PRODUCT BOUNDARY
No. It is general analytical software. WATCH, ARMED, READY, CHECK and WEAKENING describe chart context; they do not choose a trade, contract, entry, quantity, target or stop.
05Does it guarantee a market outcome?+
RISK
No. Data, platform behavior, execution, leverage and user decisions can all materially affect outcomes.
06Do you need my TradingView password, OTP or broker login?+
SECURITY
Never. Access requires only the exact TradingView username. Support will never ask for passwords, OTPs, trading PINs or remote control of a broker account.
